Returns Policy
Here at PYP we want you to love your purchase as much as we love music. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll happily pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error on our on part, such as an incorrect or defective item.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
The shipping rates for many items we sell are based on weight.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping rates based on the shipping provider you choose.
We ship Monday through Friday when our offices are open. Please expect delays if you place your order over a weekend or holiday.
